  • Cumin Seeds -1 tsp
  • Finely chopped Onion -1 Cup
  • Chopped Green Chili -1 pis
  • Ginger Garlic Paste -1 tsp
  • Fresh Tomato Puree -1 Cup
  • A pinch of Turmeric
  • Red Chili Powder -1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder -1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder -1 tsp
  • Salt, to taste
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Chopped onion.

Preparation:

1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and let it splutter.

2.Add onion and green chillies, fry until golden brown.

3.Add minced ginger and garlic to the onions, infusing the base with a rich aroma and flavor.

4.Add tomato puree and cook for 5-6 mins.

5.Add all the powdered spices and add salt.

6.now add about ¾ cup water and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix.

7.Make some gashes around the eggs.

8.Lastly add in the boiled eggs in the curry and cook for 2mins.

9.Turn off the flame ,garnish with some chopped coriander leaves and chopped onion which increase the flavor off egg curry and serve hot.
