Vegetable Oats is basically a simple and very healthy recipe for evryone in morning breakfast and dinner.you served this your 7 months child thats no problem.Oats are high in antioxidants called avenanthramides, not found in other cereal grains. These antioxidants reduce inflammation and relax arteries, improving heart health.Also Oats are reach in fiber and it contains much higher levels of lipids than other cereals which are excellent sources of energy and unsaturated fatty acids.

Ingredients of Vegetable Oats:
- Oats--1 cup
- Beans--1/2cup
- Carrot--1/2cup
- potato--1/2cup
- Tomato--1/2cup
- 2 Green chillies (chopped & less spicy)
- Spinach--3/4leaves
- Pumpkin--1/2 cup
- Peas--1/2 cup
- Corieader Leaves (50gm)
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
- 1 pinch of turmeric Poweder
Preparation:
- Wash all the vegetables well and then cut them into squares/dice.
- Take a pan and then dry roats the oats.
- remove the dry roasted oats to a bowl.
- take pan and heat the water as requiered(Different Oats require different amounts of water).Then add all the chopped vegetables one by one.
- Add pinch of turmeric.
- After all the vegetables are half cooked add dry roasted oats.
- Add salt to taste.
- After all are fully cooked turn off the flame,garnish with some chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
